Base Wework: Duplicate a Project/Team in

Project/Team Duplicating supports the quick creation of new projects/teams. At the same time, this feature also supports duplicating work data of old projects/teams. To duplicate projects/teams, visit https://wework.base.vn/ or select Base Wework from the app menu and follow these instructions:

Step 1 : Select the project/team to be duplicated => select the "..."  icon on the right corner => select "Other option" => select  "Duplicate project" (with team, display "Duplicate team")

Step 2:  Select the duplicated information  =>  "Duplicate project"

- Project name : Name of the new project to be created ( the system automatically displays the new name according to the old name, you can edit it)

- Duplicate tasks:
+ Clone all jobs and job groups
+ Clone Job groups
+ Do not clone jobs and job groups

- Retain assignor information: 
+ Yes, retain assignor information; retain assignor as the person who created the job in the original project

+ No, set ME as the assigner: all jobs will go to the clone name as the assigner

- Retain recipient information

+ Yes, keep the job recipient information
+ No, leave the job recipient information blank: The job is duplicated without the assignee
- Keep the follower information:
+ Yes, keep all the job followers

+ No, leave follower information blank

- Retain completion date information

+ Yes, keep the completion date information

+ Retain and change additional completion date information: fill in the adjusted hours plus the old deadline
+ No. Do not set a completion date for the job

- Retain custom data fields

+ Yes, retain custom data fields

+ No, clear all custom data fields

- Keep the checklist

+ Yes, keep the checklist
+ No, delete all checklists
- Keep sub-tasks
+ Yes, keep the accompanying sub-tasks
+ No, delete sub-tasks
- Keep sub-task deadline information:
+ Yes, keep the deadline information
+ No, do not set a deadline for sub-tasks

- In addition, the data "Administrator" , "Project member" , "General options" , "Usage permissions" , "Label list", "Webhook settings" can be checked to choose to retain or unchecked to not retain when cloning.

After selecting, you choose "Duplicate project" to complete the new project duplication.
