Base Wework: Open/Close a Project/Team in

To close or open a project, access Base Wework  https://wework.base.vn/  and follow the instructions below: 

1. Go to your project > Click on the three dots:

a. If the project is open, you want to close the project > Select " Close Project "

b. Update project information before closing

- Close status: Success, failure or want to cancel the project

- Stop task reminders: Select No if you want to continue receiving notifications for tasks that are still running in the project. Select Yes if you want to stop receiving notifications.

- Update notice: Explains the reason for project closure.

** Note: After closing the project, it will not be possible to update more work in the project and the project will not be displayed in the black menu bar.

2.  To reopen a project you have closed, click on "  Projects and departments " > Select "Closed" Status to find your project.

a. Select the project you want to open > Click on the three dots > Select " Reopen Project "

b. Update project information before opening 

- Open status: On schedule, behind schedule or high risk

- Start task reminder: this item is used to re-enable the task reminder feature on Reminder

- Update notice: reason for reopening the project
