To create a new request group with an Excel template, please do the following steps:

• Step 1: Click on the Request Group icon on the left side menu >> Click the "..." icon on the right >> Select view/delete file excel

NOTE - In the Excel template:

• All the columns with * are required

• [int] is for integer values only

• Q[x] are questions in a request form that you might want to add

• Step 2: when you are done editing, please go back to Base Request and select Import from excel.
