Base Request: Create a new request group with Excel in

To create a proposal group using Excel, follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn/
Step 2: Open the Settings page (icon with a gear symbol). Hover the mouse over the Create new group button in the top right corner of the screen >> Select Import from Excel 
Step 2: Select Download to download the system's sample file to your computer and enter the proposal groups' data into the file.
  Fill in the files these following information:
- Group name is required, the remaining information can be optional.

-  Approvers: fill in username of approvers, for example: linhpham, nguyendo, ngocle

- Followers:  fill in username of followers, for example: linhpham, nguyendo, ngocle 

- Direct manager approval? yes/no

- Approving Workflow:

+ Parallel: Among all the approvers, whoever accepts first is fine, but all approvers must approve the request for it to be fully approved.

+ Sequential: The one is tagged first in the approvers list will accept first, followed by the next person.

+ One approver: Among the approvers, only one person needs to accept for the request to be fully  approved.

- Category: Type the category name used to classify request groups

- Description: fill in the description content of the request group such as usage instructions... 

- Valid for Teams: type the team directory on Base Account  or username of individuals authorized to create requests in the request group, for example: hrteam, linhpham, accountant...

If left blank, all members of the company will be able to create. 

- Processing SLA: The number of hours required to resolve this request. This is the general SLA for each request in this group. You can set up a separate SLA for each approver after creating it.

- The Qn section (Q1, Q2, Q3,...) consists of custom data fields in the proposal form.
Enter this field in the following format: data field name and [data type of the information field] separated by a space.
Example: Full name [text]
Phone number [int]
*The list of data types supported by the system in the proposal form includes:
Integer: int
Short text: text
Paragraph text: textarea
Date: date
Date and time: datetime
Decimal number: float
File: file
Options list (one option): select
List of options (multiple choices): select-m
Title: title
Table: input-table

Step 3: After completing the information in the file, you upload the file by clicking Select file, then click Continue. After successfully uploading the request groups, you can search for the names of the groups on the All Request Groups page to complete the detailed setup for each group.
