To categorize request groups in, please do the following steps: 

• Step 1: Go to Request Group >> Select a request group >> and click on Edit

• Step 2: in the popup menu, fill out the Category box to create a category for this request form. To put a request in an existing category, please type the exact same name of the existing ones.
