Base Request: Replace approver in

To replace an approver of a list of request forms, please do the following steps: 

• Step 1: https://request.base.vn

• Step 2: Go to Request Form >> Click on the "..." icon >> Select Replace Approver

• Step 3: In the popup menu, fill out the fields and click Edit to save.

After replacing approver, all request forms of the current approver will be transferred to new approver. 

NOTE:

• Only system owners have the right to replace approver. 

• The system would still recognize an account when you tag the correct username even though that user is deactivated.
