Base Request: Replace approver in all request groups in

When an employee who is an approver in multiple request groups, instead of having to change one by one group manually, you can follow the instructions below to make changes for all the groups that the person is included in the approval flow.
Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> select Settings (gear icon)
Step 2: Hover over the Create new group button >> Select Replace approver

Step 3: Tag the name of the old approver and the new approver >> Save to complete
NOTE:
- Only Owner accounts or those with Request Admin permissions can perform actions.
- The new approver will only apply to requests created after the approver replacement is set. For accounts that have been disabled, when you @tag, no suggestions will be displayed. Please note to type the correct username of that person, the system will still recognize the correct information.
- How to handle requests that have been created but not yet approved by the previous approver (handling after the time the approver replacement has been set):
+ For requests that have not been reviewed by anyone: The creator should consider deleting it to create a new request.
+ For requests that have at least one reviewer but have not been fully approved: Only the Owner has the right to delete it. The Owner considers deleting the request so that the creator can create a new one.
