To configure SLA for a request form, please do the following steps: 

• Step 1: Go to https://request.base.vn/

• Step 2: Click on Request Group >> Choose a request form to configure >> Edit

• Step 3: Please input the number of hours into the SLA box when the popup menu appears >> click Edit this group to save.
