Base Workflow: Edit a Stage in a Workflow in

To quickly edit a stage in the process, go to https://workflow.base.vn or the Workflow icon on the App bar.
Step 1: Select the arrow at the top of the Stage

Step 2: Select editing features 

a. Edit stage: Edit general information of the stage

b. Stage guideline 

 c. Manage todos within stage

Note: Todos will appear in jobs after creation. Jobs created before todo creation will not be displayed. 

d. Manage backward options

e. Advanced options

There will be settings for job deadlines, job completion requirements, followers and job viewing permissions.

f. Remove stage
g. Add a stage on the left
h. Add a stage on the right
j. Manage stage webhooks: set up automatic data transfer to other Base applications.
