To set enable SLA for document reviewers, please follow the steps bellow:

• Step 1: Go to https://office.base.vn/  or Base Office app 

• Step 2: In the left menu bar, select  Settings 

• Step 3: You choose Document type>> Edit

• Step 4: You tick on the section  " Enable SLA" and enter the number of hours >> Save to complete the operation
