Base Office: Send email notification to external recipients in

To send email notification to external recipients , please follow the steps bellow:

Note : This feature applies to outgoing document type


  • Step 2: Setting allow email notification to external recipients by click on section " Setting ">> Document types >> Edit>> tick the section " Allow email notification to external recipients"



  • Step 3: Create outgoing document and choose Yes in the section " Email notification"


  • Step 4: You fill in information in the section " External recipients" and you can tick the feature" send email notification to external recipients" 

Note: if you want to send more emails, choose section " Add more" and type information


  • Step 5: You add attachments and tick the section " Attached files can be directly downloaded in email" to external recipients to download file attachments


  • Step 6: You tick the feature of the section " Advanced setting " and choose Create. The system will send an email to external recipients when the document is published
