Base Office: Create collection in document tree in

To create collection in document tree, please follow the steps bellow:

• Step 1: Go to https://office.base.vn/  or Base Office app 

• Step 2:  In the left menu bar, select  Settings  >>Document tree>> Create collection

• Step 3: You enter the collection name and collection code >> Save to complete the operation   

For the item " Only accept documents from certain user group", you need to tag username/ group to create document from this collection

For the item " Only accept documents types", you need choose acceptable document types
