In order to save time and effort when setting up internal operating processes on Workflow, you can easily create a new process by using available templates. 
Kindly follow the below instructions to create a new template. 

Step 1: Go to https://workflow.base.vn/ or click on Base Workflow symbol on the menu app. 

Step 2: On the leftside menu, scroll down to the bottom and choose "Create workflow by template"

Step 3: Choose a template and Click "Use"

Step 4: From there, you can edit Workflow name and click on "More Advaced Settings" to add permissions to create new jobs or access the workflow. Then click "Save" to finish.

Step 5: You can customize the workflow by click on "Settings" or create a new task by click on "Add job"
