Base Workflow: Set up counter template in a workflow in

You can set up counter template in a workflow to create a counter code for each job automatically. This code can be used in printing template.
Step 1: Access https://workflow.base.vn/ and choose a workflow >> Settings
Step 2: Scroll down and click edit Counter
Step 3: Set up counter
Choose Yes to enable counter code for workflow
- Counter template:
+ Prefix: Fixed text by entering text. For example: QD, BASE,...
+ Automatic variables:
{counter}: automatic numeration
{day}, {month},{year}: time variables taken by the time the task is created
- Keep counter code of jobs updated as counter template setup: Options to update the new counter template for all of the previous tasks if edited?
+ Yes: If the counter template is updated, the code will be updated for all previously coded tasks.
+ No: The update applies only to newly created tasks after the time the counter template was edited
- Adjust counter with padding zero up to
+ No padding: VD display code 1,2,3,4....
+ Choose digits: VD display code: 01, 001, 0001...
- Current value: Counter Code of new job after edited = Current Count + 1. Automatically displays the number of current values when the task is successfully created.
For example: If you set up counter template for the firse job, you can fill in current value = 0
or If you fill in 13, the automatic counting code for the newly created task immediately after setup is 14.
- Generate counter code for existing jobs with no counter: Generate now, using counter template and current value as filled: If tick is selected, the counter code will be generated for previous tasks that do not have a counter. Counter Code = Current Count + 1
Step 4: Click Save to complete
When you create a job successfully, a counter will be attached and shown as below:
