Base Workflow: Set up access and creating permission for members in a workflow in

Workflow owners have permission to set up workflow and all stages in the workflow. To add owners of the workflow, access Base Workflow https://workflow.base.vn/:

Step 1: Open the workflow, click in Settings

Step 2: Click Edit 

Step 3: Type @username of the members or a group of members who have permission to access and create new job 

In "Job viewable", you can choose one of these two options:

- Jobs viewable to everyone: A member can view all jobs in the workflow.

- Jobs viewable to anyone who follows the job: Only workflow owners, system owners, job creator, job assignees and followers can view the job.

Step 4: Click Save to complete.
