Custom fields will help you set up the information fields that need to be declared when creating a job. To add custom fields, go to https://wework.base.vn or the icon on the app list bar.
A. Instructions for adding custom fields
Select the Project you want to add, click Setting> Custom fields
Here you can add data fields in one of two ways:
Method 1: Add manually
Click on Add new custom field and select Field type, fill in Field name >> Select Add custom field .
Method 2: Add from excel file by dragging/dropping file:
- Step 1: Click View template to download the sample file and enter data into the file:
The file has 5 columns of data:
- Name: name of custom data field
- Type: has values int (natural number), float (decimal number), text (letter + number), textarea, date (date), datetime (date time), dropdown list (list of values). The Dropdown list field will enter a list of options here, each value separated by a comma Content
- Content: description for the data field
- Required: if required, receive the value 1, "Required" or "required", not required to leave blank.
- Input key: data field code
* Note:
+ No customization of sample files
+ Name and Type fields are 2 required fields to enter content
Sheet 2 : Add a separate sheet for each table (the name of the sheet must be the input_key of that table)
- Step 2: After preparing the data in the file, in the Custom Data Field screen, drag/drop the Excel file here.
Successful screen will display:
B. Detailed instructions for adding table data fields
Select "Input Type" as Table and set up the table information:
a. Column name: Name the column
b. Import: Supports custom fields in each column:
- Integer, decimal
- Short text
- Date, date and time
- One choice, many choices
Options separated by commas
- Formula: Supports addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and excel functions
- Enter $ to display variables, variables are cells of integer, decimal, and selection types created above
- Example formula:c. Enter the Width field
Width is calculated as a ratio between cells.
For example, a cell with a width of 2 will be twice as wide as a cell with a width of 1.
d. Enable Required values for each column
e. Total:
Sum only columns of type Integer, Decimal, Formula.
When entering data, a final row will be displayed showing the Total value of that column.
