Custom fields will help you set up the information fields that need to be declared when creating a job. To add custom fields, go to https://wework.base.vn or the icon on the app list bar.

A. Instructions for adding custom fields

Select the Project you want to add, click Setting> Custom fields

Here you can add data fields in one of two ways:

• Method 1: Add manually

Click on Add new custom field and select Field type, fill in Field name >> Select Add custom field .

• Method 2: Add from excel file by dragging/dropping file:

- Step 1: Click View template to download the sample file and enter data into the file:

The file has 5 columns of data:

• Name: name of custom data field
• Type: has values int (natural number), float (decimal number), text (letter + number), textarea, date (date), datetime (date time), dropdown list (list of values). The Dropdown list field will enter a list of options here, each value separated by a comma Content
• Content: description for the data field
  
• Required: if required, receive the value 1, "Required" or "required", not required to leave blank.
  
• Input key: data field code

* Note: 

+ No customization of sample files

+ Name and Type fields are 2 required fields to enter content

- Step 2: After preparing the data in the file, in the Custom Data Field screen, drag/drop the Excel file here.

Successful screen will display:

B. Detailed instructions for adding table data fields

- Step 1: At the custom field add interface screen, select the "Table" format

- Step 2: Fill in the data field names and column information in the  "Data field explanation" section to define the columns in the table.

+ The table will support entering information in text, number, and select formats.

+ Text or number format will be set according to the syntax: Column name (column width)

+ The table format will be set up according to the syntax: Column name [Option 1, option 2, option 3] (column width)
In which:

Column width: 1 unit ~ 100px
