Base Wework: Update task start/completion time from excel file in

To update task's time from an Excel file, visit https://wework.base.vn/ or select Base Wework from the app menu. Then, select the project you want to update and follow these instructions:

Step 1: Select "Setting" => "Update time constraints of tasks from Excel"

Step 2: Select "view template" to download the updated excel file

Step 3:  In the sample file, you delete the sample information and update it according to the actual data of the work in the project.

- Deadline : Time to complete the job
- Start date : Time to start the job
- Job code (ID) : There are 2 ways to get the job ID:
+ Method 1: click directly on the job in the project => Copy ID from the job link (Suitable for cases where few jobs are updated)

+ Method 2:  Export excel file of work (Suitable for getting ID of many jobs at the same time)

Step 4: Update the created excel file into Customize

- Select update file

- Select information field to enter data : Only check the field you want to update

- Select "Continue" to preview the data => Select "Import"  to complete the update
