Base Wework: How to choose your priority team/project in

To help improve the experience on Base Wework, reduce the load and display of data on the menu bar and job page, Wework will prioritize displaying 300 teams/projects that you have ticked Priority.
- Step 1: Go to https://wework.base.vn/ or select Base Wework on the app bar
- Step 2: Click the Project & team tab >> select the Project & team tab or All (for owners)
- Step 3: At a project that needs priority, click Options >> Add priority
Or you can Remove priority right on this screen
NOTE:
1. About priority display after updating this feature:
- If the number of teams/projects you participate in is <300, automatically tick all priority. When a new team/project is added, the Priority for this team/project will be added by default.
- If the number of teams/projects you participate in > 300, the priority of the 300 most recently updated teams/projects will be automatically ticked. From 301, the priority will be unticked by default. When a new team/project is added, the Home page will have an additional Priority Warning section :
If you choose Ignore : keep the non-priority status for that department/project.
If you choose Add priority : you need to select an old priority project to replace, then click Select to complete the operation.
2. Note for teams/projects that do not have priority ticked:
- Do not display that team/project on the menu bar
- Home > Tasks: greyed out team/project name tag, "Create a new task" and status filter to show only priority departments/projects
- Home > Direct Reports > Overview: only shows suggestions for priority teams/projects
- Home > Repeated tasks: any task settings that have selected that team/project will be displayed blank.
- Project & Team tab > Discussion: only shows suggestions for priority teams/projects
- Member Tab >> Assigned work: tag the team/project name in gray
