My Team screen: helps you track work progress and compile statistics on all work that your direct employees are doing on the Wework system (not including tasks in My Tasks of that member).
I. Overview
My Team overview page, helps Managers grasp the overall situation of employees:
How many members are you managing?
What Projects/Teams are members involved in?
What is the basic work status in Projects/Teams?
Includes quick statistical slices of team metrics.
=> From there, quickly detect hot spots (overdue work, handling too many tasks at one time...) and come up with appropriate solutions.
1. Allocate projects by employee
- Helps you keep track of the total number of projects each member is working on
- Click on each column to display a popup listing the projects/teams.
2. Task Status
Helps you see the total number of HR jobs being processed in different statuses
Hover over each status color to display quantity and percentage
Click on each specific number to display a popup listing tasks by status.
3. My employees
- Helps you see the total amount of work of each employee according to each status.
- Click directly on each number to display a popup detailing the task.
- Click on the arrow at the end of each staff member or click on the staff member name to see the task details of a member (Members Page)
II. Tasklist
- Helps Managers view detailed work lists grouped by Employee of all HR projects they are participating in, in the form of a Table view.
III. Timeline
- Helps Managers centrally monitor progress or workload at a time, in the form of Gantt view
Only shows tasks within 12 months: the last 6 months in the past and the next last 6 months in the future
