Base Wework: Create tasks for multi people in

Instead of creating tasks for each person to assign. You can assign tasks to a group of people (groups are pre-installed on the Base account) to save time and avoid omissions.

To assign tasks to multiple people, access the Base Wework app on the app menu bar or the link https://wework.base.vn/ . Then, go to the project with the task you want to assign to multiple people and follow these steps:

Step 1 : Select the 3 dots icon in the right corner of the screen > Select "Create tasks for multi people". 

Step 2 : Add task information and tag members to assign to the task assignment section. 

You can @username to tag each member, or quickly select a group of members from the Base Account (up to 100 usernames)

Step 3: Click Add Task. The system will automatically create a list of jobs with the same name and assign them to different users.

Note  : Some messages when entering quantity are not allowed. 

• No assignee is selected

• The number of people assigned to the job exceeds 100 people.
