Base Request: Create a new request group in

To create a new request group with an Excel template, please do the following steps:

Step 1: Click on the Settings icon https://request.base.vn/groups >> Create new group        

Step 2: Set up the request group settings

Select Advanced settings to open the detailed settings section.

- Group title: you fill in the request group name

- Approvers: those who are defaulted to have the right to approve all proposals created

- Require for approval from direct manager? Select Yes or No. If you select Yes, you will continue the installation in Step 3 after adding the new request group.

- Approval workflow:

+ Parallel: Among all the approvers, whoever accepts first is fine, but all approvers must approve the request for it to be fully approved.

+ Sequential: The one is tagged first in the approvers list will accept first, followed by the next person.

+ One approver: Among the approvers, only one person needs to accept for the request to be fully  approved.

- Category: Used to classify request groups

- SLA: The number of hours required to resolve this request. This is the general SLA for each request in this group. You can set up a separate SLA for each approver after creating it.

- Valid for: Groups or individuals authorized to create requests in the request group. If left blank, all members of the company will be able to create.

- Follower: Default follower of this request group

- Description: fill in the description content of the request group such as usage instructions...

Then click Create this group to complete the action.

Step 3: After adding a new proposal group, you go into the details of the proposal group to configure the specific approver and advanced features.
