To help you save time and effort when setting up suggestion groups on Base Request, you can create suggestion groups from the available templates on Base following these instructions:

Step 1: You access https://request.base.vn/ >> Click the Settings icon >> Select Create group by template
Step 2: You can click in detail description of the request group template to view before using

Click Use Template to create  a new group with this template
Step 4: After selecting the template, you can edit the group name and Advanced Settings as needed.
Click Create Group to complete the action.

Step 5: The screen displays the detailed page of the newly created proposal group, where the information fields are already copied from the template. You can edit according to your needs with general information & workflow, a list of custom data fields, and other settings.
