Base Request: Edit request group in

This article will help you edit a request group, you can follow this instruction: 

Step 1: You access https://request.base.vn.
Go to the Settings page >> All request groups >> Select the request  group that needs to edit

Step 2: Here you can edit the information: General settings, Request form, Print template settings, Forwarding & Webhook, Permissions settings, E-sign, Counter, and Notifications.

2.1. General settings 

Here you can change the general information of the request group such as name, category, SLA of the request group, authorized users of the request group, description and activation status.

2.2. Request form: Create custom data fields in the request form.

2.3. Print Template Setup: Set up a custom print template in the request group

2.4. Forwarding & Webhook: Forward content from this request to another request

2.5. Permission settings

Here you can enable/disable editing permissions for other members according to the company's needs:

2.6. E-sign

Add sign owners and settings related to document signing in a request .

2.7. Counter 

Set up a counter for the requests created within the request group.

2.8. Notification

Set up notifications on/off with sequential approval type and email notifications.

Note: The permission to edit the request group is only for the System Owner and App Admin of Base Request.
