Base Request: How to set up a fixed approver in

Fixed reviewers are the default individuals who need to approve the requests of a request group.

To set a fixed approver when creating a new request group, you tag @username of approvers in this box:

In case you need to add a fixed approver to an existing request group, follow these steps:
Step 1: You access https://request.base.vn.
Go to the Settings page >> All request groups >> Select the request  group that needs to add fixed approver
Step 2: In the General Setting section, click Add >> Add fixed approver
Step 3: Use @ to tag members in the Approvers field.
You can skip the Block name if it's not necessary.

Note: In this editing interface, you can only tag one person to add each fixed approver to the approval flow.

You can only add multiple fixed approvers at the same time when creating a new proposal group.



- After creation, the fixed approver list is displayed as shown in the image (Format Fixed_approver_name).



-When creating a new proposal, the system will display a fixed list of approvers in the exact order you have set (the person tagged first and positioned at the top in the approval flow is the first approver).
