Base Request: How to set up a supreme approver in

The person with supreme authority can approve proposals without waiting for their turn. After the supreme authority approves, the request will be immediately fully accepted.
Supreme authority only applies to fixed reviewers.

To establish supreme rights for the request group. you follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> visit Settings tab and click to select the request group that needs editing.
Step 2: On the General Setting page, in the Approvers section, you select Add supreme role for one or more fixed approvers.

Note:

- The person granted supreme approval rights must be on the list of reviewers. The supreme reviewer can review at any time without waiting for their turn.
- When the supreme approver accepts or rejects, the request immediately changes to Accepted or Rejected status.
After setting up the supreme approver, the system displays as follows:
To remove the supreme rights, click on the two dots next to that approver's name >> Click Remove supreme authority
