Base Request: How to set up conditional approvers in

In practice, with the same group of request but in different cases, different approvers are needed.
For example, the company has 2 branches, and the approvers for the Southern and Northern branches are different.
To avoid creating multiple request groups that waste time and scatter data, you can set up conditional approvers to solve this issue.
Conditional approvers are set up based on conditions derived from the Creator's information, the Creator's Group, and custom fields of integer, decimal, option list, and date types.

Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> Settings (gear icon) >> Select the request group that needs to set up the conditional approval block

Step 2: You need to add custom fields to have input data for the conditions. Instruction: How to create custom fields
Note: The types of system data supported as conditions are: integer, decimal, dropdown list, date.

Step 3: On the General Setting page >> hover over the Add button >> select Add conditional approvers
- Block name: Name the approval group (e.g., board of directors, administrative department, etc.)
- Select the approver when the request meets multiple conditions simultaneously:
+ Choose approvers of all satisfied conditions
+ Choose approvers of first satisfied condition

Note: In case a request does not meet any conditions of the review group, the system will not send the request to the approver of this group and will move on to the next approver 

Step 4: Create condition >> Name the conditionAdd a conditional branch If....Then...
- Add condition If
The condition can be 

+ Request creator
+ Group of request creator
+ Custom field
+ Condition containing the formula
Example: If the type of material is equipment
And (or) The payment amount is greater than 100 million
- Add condition Then
Then the approver is the Director
Then click Save to complete the condition addition process.

- When creating a request, the conditional approver section will be in a pending state.
Depending on the information in the request, when the request is created, the system will select an approver who meets the established conditions.
