Base Request: How to set up flexible approvers in

Set up flexible approvers in case the request creator wants to consult additional opinions from approvers not included in set-up approval flow or wants to select approvers from the established flexible approver list.
To set up flexible approvers for each request group, follow these instructions:
Step 1: You access request.base.vn >> go to the Settings page (gear icon) >> select the request group that needs to add a flexible approver.

Step 2: In the Appovers setting, click Add and select Add flexible approver.

Step 3: Set up the information for the flexible approver group


- Block name: General role of this flexible approval group (e.g., board of directors, accounting department,...)
- Only allow to select flexible approvers in the setup list:
+ If you select No: The request creator can tag any flexible approver.
+ If you choose Yes: The system will display a blank field for you to fill in the list of flexible reviewers for this request group. The request creator can only select approvers from this list and cannot tag additional people.
- Require this flexible approver block as compulsory for all request: Yes or No
After creating the flexible approver block. The system displays information as follows.
You can create additional flexible review blocks or edit the information of the blocks that have already been created.

Step 4: Create a request 
If in the settings: Require this flexible approver block as compulsory for all request choose No 

>> The creator can tag/select the @username of the flexible reviewer or skip it.
If in the settings: Require this flexible approver block as compulsory for all request choose Yes 

>> The creator must tag @username of the flexible approver to create a request  (Next to the approver's name, there is a mandatory * symbol).)
