Base Request: How to set the order of approvers in a request group in

To set the order of approvers in a request group, you need to configure it in each request group as follows:

Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> select Customize (gear icon) and click on the request group that needs editing.

Step 2: On the General Setting page >> Approval Flow >>Approval Workflow, choose Sequential

The order of approvers is only applied when you set up a Sequential Approval flow.

In Approvers section >> Hover .. in the Approver Block you want to change order >> Click Move up or Move down

If one approver is duplicated among the approval blocks >> You need to choose the Priority of approver role for the block to appear first or appear later.

Note: When creating a request, if a user belongs to two or more approval groups, the position and SLA of the user in the approval flow of the newly created request will be determined by the configured priority order.
Example:
- Set the priority for the reviewer role to appear first.
- Set the order of the reviewer groups as: Flexible Reviewer > Fixed Reviewer > Direct Manager.
User A is tagged as both a Fixed Reviewer and a Direct Manager.
>> The position and SLA of User A in the approval flow of the request will follow the Fixed Reviewer group, as the request group is currently set to have the Fixed Reviewer group appear before the Direct Manager group.

After the setup is complete, the request creation form will display the order as configured:
