To set up SLA for each approver, you access the Base Request app via the app menu or the link https://request.base.vn/. Then you select the request group that needs to set up SLA and follow the instructions below:
Step 1: In the General Setting tab >> Approval Flow >> Activate SLA for each user on
If you choose to enable SLA by timesheet, the approver needs to have timesheet added in the Base Account: Instructions
Step 2: Click Edit to add SLA for each approval group.
Note: Time is received as an integer, decimal numbers are not yet supported.
# Case of setting SLA for the forwarded approver:
- When forwarding a request with SLA activation by the approver, you select the person to forward to and enter the SLA hours set for each person >> click "Forward" to save the action
- Note:
+ If Person A forwards it to someone else, that person will start running the SLA. Person A will stop the running SLA, and when it's time for approval, the SLA will run from the beginning again.
+ Accept and forward: The SLA of the forwarder stops, and the SLA of the person being forwarded to starts running.
# Note for approval workflows when enabling SLA for each approver:
- One approver: After the request is created, the SLA for everyone will start being counted. After one approver approves >> the request is marked as approved and completed >> the SLA timer will stop running.
- Parallel: After the request is created, the SLA for all approvers starts running. The member who finishes reviewing will stop the SLA.
- Sequential: After the request is created, the SLA of the first approver will start running. After that person approves, the SLA will continue with the next person and proceed in turn until the end.
- Sequential approval + set the supreme approver: SLA does not run until it is that person's turn.
