To set permissions for adding followers in the request group, follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> select Customize (gear icon) and click on the request group that needs editing.

Step 2: On the settings page, go to the Permission settings tab >> Set up the settings related to followers.
1. The permission to edit the follower list (system owners always have the right to edit), the system supports 3 options:
- All users have viewable can edit the follower list
- Creator and approvers can edit the follower list
- Only approvers can edit the follower list
2. When create request, the creator can add new followers but cannot remove default followers: Yes/No
3. Automatically add the assignee for task of the request as a follower of that request : Yes/No
