In your request workflow, there are 3 approvers in sequence. You want to set it up so that the system only sends notifications when it's someone's turn to review, to avoid forgetting information and exceeding the review deadline.
To set up this notification, follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> select Customize (gear icon) and click on the proposal group you want to edit.

Step 2: On the settings page of this request group, select the Notification tab and enable the feature as shown in the image.
"Sequential request, creator will always receive notification, approver only receives notification when it is in turn, the follower only receives notification when request is created or fully approved. Rejected request only notify creator and previous approvers": You choose YES
