To set up request forwarding from this request group to another request group, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> select Customize (gear icon) and click to select the request group to set up

Step 2: Go to the Forwarding & Webhook tab >> select Add in the Forwarding group section of the request group

Step 3: When the Popup displays the names of all the request , search for the request group you want to forward.

Step 4: Select the status for the request before forwarding

- There are 3 statuses for the request. Request can be forward when:
+ Done: includes Approved and Rejected
+ Approved
+ Rejected
Depending on the forwarding needs, choose the appropriate status and then save it!
- "Who in forwarded request will be automatically added as followers of original request"
In the case that you choose "Request followers and approvers of forwarded request" when the forwarding is successful, the followers and approvers of the target request will be added as followers in the original request .
- "Add followers of the original request to the forwarded request (at forwarding request form)"
In case you select "Yes," the followers of the original request will be added to the target request.
- After setting up, the interface will display as shown in the image below:

Step 5: Set up custom data fields to be forwarded between the two request groups
For the information you want to automatically fill in when forwarding to the target request , you need to set up these data fields in the forwarding request group and the forwarded group with the same input key code.
To check and edit the Input key code, go to the request Form Template tab >> select the lightning bolt icon next to the custom data field.

To forward a processed request, you proceed as follows:
Step 1: After your request has been approved, click on the downward arrow in the top right corner >> Select "Link this request to"
Step 2: Select the request group you want to forward to
Step 3: You fill in the missing information and then select "Link this request to"
Note: Fields with the same Input key will be automatically filled in.

The generated request will display information forwarded from which request .
