To shorten the time required to input information when creating a request for the table data field, the request creator can input information for the table data field from an Excel file.

To enter information for the table data field, you access https://request.base.vn/ and follow the instructions below:
Method 1: Import the file when create a new request
Step 1: Click on "Create a new request" and select the request  group you want to create a request  for. Instruction: How to create a new request
Step 2: Fill in the information for the request  . In the table field, click the ".." icon > Select "Export Excel" to download the sample file and fill in the table information into the file.
Step 3: After completing the Excel file, select "Import Excel" 

The data successfully imported will be previewed as followed:

Method 2: Import the file after creating the request 

Note: You can only edit request when it hasn't been processed by any approver.
Step 1: Click on the request details >> Select the arrow >> "Enter data for table"

Step 2: Select the table to enter data
Select Download to download the sample file and enter the information, then click on "Choose file" to upload the file to input the table's information into the request  .
