Base Request: Return a request in

For request that have already been approved by at least one person, but the next approver discovers missing/incorrect information, they can return the request to the creator for  supplementation/correction and resubmit the request.
Note:
- The approval flow applies the request return feature: Parallel or Sequential 
- Requests can only be returned when in the state of: Pending and at least one person has approved
- Who has right to return the request: The person in turn to review or the supreme reviewer (even if it is not their turn to review yet)

1. To set up request returns, you can follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> select Settings (gear icon) and click on the request group to configure.
Step 2: On the request group's settings page, select the Permissions settings tab >> choose Yes for the "Allow approver to return request to the creator" option.

2. After the setup is complete, the approver can follow the instructions below to return the request to the creator:
At that request , you select the "v" icon >> Return request to creator >> Add a reason for returning the request (required) and press Return this request to complete.
- After the request is returned:
+ The SLA is recalculated from the beginning and displayed again on the Reminder.
+ Do not change the list of approvers (even if the approver was forwarded during the processing before returning).
+ Do not delete any data that has been previously entered in the request (custom fields, attachments, followers, etc.).
+ The history of previous edits and processing is still retained.

3. The creator edits and resends the request
+ The creator, upon receiving the returned request , selects Edit this request to add/edit information >> After completion, selects Resend to send the request back to the reviewer for processing.
4. For the approvers of the resubmitted request .
+ At this point, the SLA and the approver's processing will restart from the beginning, without recording any previous approvals/denials.
+ The request will be regenerated for the approver in the Reminder.
+ Cannot add or change the approver even if the request is resubmitted with information that meets the conditions to select a conditional approver.
+ The request returns to the Pending status.

Note:
+ The system records the history of returning, editing, and resending requests in the Main Actions
+ Add a new status for the request : When printing, the status "Returned" will be displayed.
+ When returning a request , the notes from previous approvals and forwards will be deleted and only the notes from the action after resubmission will be displayed.
