Base Request: Export requests to an Excel file - For admin/owners in

1. Owner /Base Request Admin can export the requests of each request group on Request as follows:
Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> select Settings (gear icon) and click on the request group from which you want to export the requests.
Step 2: On the detailed screen of a request group, click on the "..." icon and select Export Excel >> Export all requests.

Step 3: Select the time period to export and choose Export requests.
The Excel file will display a list of requests in each sheet according to their status.

2. Owner can export all requests on the system or by request group, including those they did not participate in.

Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> select Customize (gear icon) >> All requests

Step 2: Select the request pages already filtered by status or use the Filter to filter requests as needed >> then select Export Excel to complete the operation.

Note:
- When exporting the entire system request belonging to different groups, the custom data fields will only be in one value column and separated by the | symbol.
- When you want to export a file with each custom data field as a separate value column, please export by each requests group.
