Base Request: How to delegate request approval in

In some cases, such as taking leave or being busy, you can temporarily delegate someone else to approve requests on Base Request on your behalf. 

To set up delegation for request approval, you can proceed as follows:
Step 1: Access Base Account >> https://account.base.vn/ >> Click on On-leave delegation in the Advanced Customization section.
Step 2: Tag @username of the person you want to authorize and the authorization period >> Save setting
Note:
- Requests created after the setting time will be sent to the person you have authorized.
- Previous requests  will still not change the approver. For these requests  , you can consider transferring the approval rights to someone else (if the approver meets the conditions and the request group has this feature set up): instructions HERE
- Only one person can be authorized. If you tag multiple people, the system will still report a successful save, but in reality, it will not be recorded.
