For specialized businesses that need to comply with ISO standards from forms to procedures, when creating a request , it will be necessary to print the request according to the company's prescribed form along with a unique code for each request.
To make management quicker and easier, you can create a separate counter code for each request group and automatically generate codes in ascending order.

And to set up the automatic code counter, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Access https://request.base.vn >> select Customize (gear icon) and click on the request group you need to set up.

Step 2: Go to the Counter tab >> Edit

Step 3: Set up the counter

- (1) Enable  counter code for request group? => Select "Yes"
- (2) Counter template: includes 2 main parts
+ Prefix: Fixed text by entering text.
+ Automatic variables: {counter}: automatic counter variable; {day}, {month}, {year}: time variables taken from the request creation time
For example: {counter}/NB&CL/{day}/{month}/{year}
Note: It is not required to fully enter the above variables.
- (3) Keep counter code of requests updated as counter template setup

+ If you choose "No, changes in counter template will only be applied for new requests" -> Updates will only apply to requests created after the counter template update.
+ If you choose "Yes, generated counter codes will be updated as counter template changes" -> update the codes for all previously coded requests
- (4) Adjust counter with padding zero up to

+ No padding: codes display as 1,2,3,4...
+ Choose to display an additional zero according to the selected options

- (5) Current value
Automatically display the current value when the request is successfully created. Counter code = Current count + 1
For example: If you enter 13, the automatic counter code for the newly created request immediately after setup will be 14. If you enter 0, the code for the newly created request after setup will be 1.
- (6) Generate counter code for existing requests with no counter:
If checked, codes will be generated for previous requests that do not have codes.
Counter code = Current count + 1

* Some additional supporting features:
- Variable to get the counter code in the print template: ${counter_code}
- By default, when printing requests (according to the system format), the counter code information will be included
- Support for searching requests by counter code
- When exporting the request to Excel, an additional counter code field will be included
