Base E-Hiring: Link the recruitment request with the job posting in

After a recruitment request in E-Hiring has been approved, you can create a Job Posting linked to this request.

You access Base E-Hiring through the app menu bar, or go to the link https://hiring.base.vn/ - then follow the steps below:

Method 1: Create a job posting as usual, on this interface you can select "Recruitment request"

>> After selecting one of the approved requests, the system will automatically fill in the fields for Department (not editable) + Position (not editable) + Salary - currency unit + Job Type - as in the recruitment request.

Method 2: Access a request that has been approved

>> Select "Create new opening" >> the interface will switch to the screen Create a new job posting

After attaching the request and creating the job posting, the request will be changed to the status of "Recruiting"
