Evaluation criteria are tools that help employers assess the value of candidates and are important tools in each job posting. Clearly defining evaluation criteria helps employers make decisions more easily during the recruitment process.

To add evaluation criteria, follow the instructions below:

Step 1: You access https://hiring.base.vn/ > In the Menu bar, select Competencies "Evaluation Criteria."

Type the criteria name, choose criteria group and click Add to complete.

If you have not created any criteria group: 

You click on Select group > choose Create a new group:
Fill in the competences group name and select Add competence group to complete the group creation process.
