Base E-Hiring: How to combine candidates with the same Email/Phone number in 1 job posting in

For candidates who apply multiple times to the same recruitment position - with duplicate phone numbers/emails, the system will warn in the candidate's profile details so that the employer can manage more effectively, limiting the processing of duplicate applications. 

To merge candidates with duplicate emails/phone numbers, follow these instructions:

Step 1: Access https://hiring.base.vn/ or Base E-hiring on the app bar, select a job posting and click on the candidate to process.

Step 2: On the candidate detail screen, for candidates with duplicate profiles, the system will display a warning in the right corner of the screen:

Step 3: Click "Import" in a profile 

1. Displays information of 2 profiles: Open profile (1) and Profile you just clicked on  (2)

2. You can choose the direction to merge the files: " Merge file 2 into file 1 " or " Merge file 1 into file 2 "

3. The system will then combine the information according to your selection.

Note:

+ Each operation can only combine 2 records
