Base E-Hiring: Instructions for installing and using Base Loader in

Base Loader is an extension that scans candidate information on job sites and then quickly pushes this information to Base E-Hiring.  When there is a shortage of candidates on Hiring, employers can use Base Loader to get candidate information such as name, phone number, CV...

Currently Base Loader supports scanning information from the following jobsites: 

• CareerLink
• Chefjob
• Hoteljob
• Indeed
• ITviec
• JobsGO
• Topcv
• TopDev
• Ybox
• Vietnamworks

Use:

Step 1: Access the Hiring app (https://hiring.base.vn/) >> click "Chrome extension" in the menu bar, in detail click on the "Base Loader" link to go to the app

Step 2: Click "Add to Chrome" to add the extension to the browser, you can pin it for easy use.

Step 3: Go back to the "Chrome extension" tab, copy the "Client Secret" section and paste it into the "Access token" section in "Setting" of Base Loader

Step 4: At the jobsite, open Base Load and select "Scan" to get data on the current page. You can search for the candidate you are looking for first and then select Scan.

Step 5: Select "Upload" each candidate or "Upload allPublicstatus.
