Onboarding proposal link - Onboarding process helps users to proactively create new Onboard personnel as soon as a candidate is hired instead of setting up separate webhooks.

To perform the Onboarding process, select E-Hiring from the app menu or access the link https://hiring.base.vn/ and follow the instructions below: 

1. Set up position in job posting:

- Position needs to set up the person with the right to create a recruitment proposal

2. Set up Onboard process link:

- Select Recruitment Process in the job posting - at the Hired step - click to select the Onboard process:

   + After setting up the Onboard Link process in the "Hired" Step + candidates with a recruitment proposal in the "Approved" status and transferred to the "Hired" stage will automatically have a new personnel profile created in the Onboard process in the Pending status. 

   + Recruitment proposal will automatically change status to "Linked to Base Onboard" 

- The person who set up the process is the News Manager/HRM, and can only see and select the processes that he/she is the process manager for at Onboard.

- App Admin Onboard/ Owner System has the right to view and select all Onboard processes
