Base E-Hiring: How to set up and edit the hiring pipeline of a job opening in

To set up the Recruitment Process for a job opening, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Access https://hiring.base.vn/ or the Base E-hiring icon on the app menu bar.

Select "Openings"tab  >> Find and click on the job opening that needs to have the process set up.

Step 2: Select "Edit" in the job posting >> "Hiring pipeline"

On this screen, the system will pre-establish some steps in the basic recruitment process: Receive applications, Interview, Hired, Offered, Rejected

Note: The steps Offered, Hired, Rejected can only be edited, not deleted.

Additionally, you can:

- Add a new stage: select "Add new stage," fill in the Stage Name, and choose the corresponding automatic email template.

- Edit, delete unnecessary Steps: Place the mouse cursor over the ... at the end of each step >> Perform the operation as shown in the image.

- Set up automated email templates for each stage:

If you check "Re-select email template or interview template before sending," then you won't need to select the automatic email template in the stage settings, and when moving the candidate to the stage, you will select the email template/interview template afterward.

Note: In the automatic email, there are 2 templates: Regular Email and Interview Email. Please make sure to select the correct type of email.

Set the completion time for the phase.

Fill in the number of hours as the reminder period and tag the name of the member being reminded below.

>> When the candidate reaches this stage, the system will create a reminder that there is a candidate's profile to be processed at the stage shown below.
