Base E-Hiring: How to Add Candidate Evaluation Form in

This evaluation form is specifically for those who directly participate in the interview to assess the candidate they just interviewed according to the pre-set information fields, helping HR to quickly compile some desired information.

To create this evaluation form, follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Access https://hiring.base.vn/ or the Base E-Hiring icon on the app menu bar

Choose Openings >> click on the job opening that needs to add

Step 2: Select "Edit" in the job posting >> Evaluation forms >> Add new custom form
 

Step 3: When the popup appears, select the Input Data Type for each Question, and question name, desription.

After adding the custom questions, the list of questions will be displayed here:
Step 4: When you create an interview, for the interviews where you are the interviewer, after the interview is completed, select the Test - Interview tab >> click on the interview you just participated in.

Click Evaluate to start filling out the evaluation form and click Done to finish the evaluation process.

After completing the evaluation, the evaluation answer will be updated here in the detailed screen of that candidate:
