Topics allow user groups to:

+ Discuss a topic in more detail without disrupting the conversation

+ Organize/Arrange conversations with the same purpose together

To create a new topic, you can access https://message.base.vn/ or select the Base Message app on the app menu bar, then select a group/chat channel to create a topic.

- Step 1 : Manage group chat/channel. Permission to create topics: allow members to create topics or not.

- Step 2 : On the right toolbar, click on the icon " .. " >> Select Create new topic

Or can be created at the Topic page:

- Step 3 : Fill in the Topic Name, Topic Content and Permissions for that topic. Then click Save to complete.

+ Edit topic:

• Topic creators can only edit topics they create.

• Group/channel chat admins can edit topics 

+ Subscribe:

• All members in the channel/chat group can click Follow, however if the topic has  Private Topic setting enabled, members who are not assigned viewing permissions at Selected Members will not see the topic and will not be able to follow the topic.
