To filter chat groups with unread messages so you don't miss any information, you can do the following:

-  Step 1 : Access the link or select Base Message on the app menu bar

-  Step 2 : On the main Message screen, click the inverted triangle icon to filter messages by filters: Unread, Recently opened.
