Base Message: How to disable Base Message of an account in

To disable Base Message of an account or not allow an account to send or receive messages from others, follow these instructions:

• Step 1 : Access https://account.base.vn/ >> Select the Members tab and select the member name whose Base Message needs to be disabled

• Step 2: In that account, click on the icon "..." >> Disable Base Message

There will be 3 permissions for you to choose from:

Enable: allows that account to create channels and send and receive messages.
Block the feature of creating chat channels : does not allow creating new chat channels. When creating, the system will display the following message.

Block the feature of creating chat channels and receiving messages:  does not allow creating new chat channels and receiving new messages from accounts that do not have chat channels (with old chat channels that are participating, messages can still be sent/received)

Blocked accounts will not have a chat bar in the right corner of the screen and when another account sends a message, the system will notify as follows:
