To create a category to manage chat groups/channels, helping to organize/classify chat groups/channels of the same nature, do the following:

• Step 1: Access https://message.base.vn/ or Base Message on the app bar

• Step 2:  In the function bar on the left side, click the (+) icon >> select  Add new category

Or in a channel/chat group you quickly create here:

- Step 3: Enter category information and select  Save to complete the operation.

-  Step 4: Click on  Category >> select the corresponding category
