Base HRM: How to set up managers on Base HRM in

To set up a manager for an employee on Base HRM, you can change it directly on the Base HRM application, or synchronize management information from Base Account.

Note: Currently, each employee has a maximum of 3 managers on Base HRM (M1, M2, M3). 

Step 1:  Access the Base HRM app from the app menu or via the link https://hrm.base.vn 
Step 2 : 
a. Change directly on Base HRM

- On the Employees screen, select the Teams and Managers tab

- In the Manager column, hover over the empty cell to display the editing pen. 

- Fill in the manager's username and select Saveb. Synchronize management from Base Account
On the Employees screen, hover over Create button to display the Sync profile option >> select Sync managers from Base Account

Here are 2 options:

- Override existing data: managers on HRM will be replaced with Base Account managers
- Only update if data is empty: the system will only automatically fill in manager information in empty fields.
