1. Purpose:

In the Base system, the Owner will have full authority and is usually a senior manager of the 

company.

The department head or HR staff will be delegated authority in the places they are in charge of: ensuring correct and sufficient operations and not affecting data that they are not in charge of.

2. Instruction:

Step 1: Assign permissions to the user as Admin of the HRM App.

Access  https://account.base.vn/baseapps  => Select Manage HRM Admin App according to the User Manual here

Step 2: Assign permissions to each category for the user.

Access https://hrm.base.vn/settings/roles  => Assign full or partial permissions to each user.

a. Part permission: Select details for each person and each specific right.

b. Full permission: select members and assign full rights

Step 3: Understand each authorization

• Area / Specialization

• Personnel classification
